Significant Investment in Talent and Infrastructure Fuels Forthcoming 40% Increase in Headcount
July 13, 2018
BOSTON — July 13, 2018 — AppNeta, the leader in network and end-user experience performance monitoring for the distributed enterprise, today announced that it has promoted Eva Maloney to Vice President of Business Operations. Maloney’s role will encompass business operations, human resources, and recruiting, signaling AppNeta’s commitment to attracting and retaining talent.
Maloney joined AppNeta in 2012 and has held a number of leadership roles throughout sales, marketing, and operations. In her new role, Maloney will be responsible for building a strong recruitment engine, continuing to develop AppNeta’s culture, and ensuring the business infrastructure can support the evolving needs of AppNeta’s go-to-market teams.
“It’s been amazing to see AppNeta grow and change over the last six years. I’m thrilled to be able to expand my role and put even more emphasis on making AppNeta one of the best places to work in both Boston and Vancouver”, said Eva Maloney.
AppNeta is expecting significant growth this year, with a planned 40% increase in headcount. This growth also paves the way for other internal promotions, with nearly 1 in 5 AppNeta employees promoted within the last year.
“We believe in cultivating talent from within the company, encouraging team members to stretch themselves and take on new opportunities. Eva has consistently delivered results above and beyond the scope of her role, and has made a huge impact on our business and our culture from day one”, said Matt Stevens, Chairman, President, and CEO of AppNeta.
