BOSTON — March 27, 2018 — AppNeta, the leader in network and end-user experience performance monitoring for the distributed enterprise, today announced a new partnership with Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications solution provider for the modern global enterprise. The new offer, powered by AppNeta, enables Fuze to proactively provide access to actionable insights into the end-user experience and underlying network performance from thousands of customer locations to the Fuze service origination points.
By automatically instrumenting the end-to-end network, the new offer empowers Fuze customers to proactively understand the capabilities of their network and instantly realize the root cause of any service-impacting impairments, regardless if they originate from the customer’s own network or a third-party network that connects the customer to the Fuze service. This new offering is a cloud-based service, so all of the performance metrics and resulting second-order analytics are stored for up to one year. Customers can see trends in order to drive short-term customer operational efficiencies and long-term business decisions.
