Support for older versions of AppNeta Monitoring Point Appliances is Ending

Support for previous generations of the AppNeta and PathView Appliance models is ending on August 1, 2020. These models are:

What does this mean?

After Aug 1, 2020 these previous generation appliances will no longer be supported by the AppNeta. Due to recent security updates that help to ensure the highest level of security for our customers, these older devices will be unable to connect to either your public cloud account or APM Private systems as of this date.

How do I upgrade to the latest generation?

AppNeta aims to make this transition to the latest generation of monitoring points as seamless as possible.
