Last night, I had the pleasure of discussing TBone with the Boston Backbone.js Meetup hosted by Bocoup. Turnout was great, with about sixty folks and plenty of pizza and beer (sponsored by AppNeta – thanks AppNeta! …).
The audience showed interest and asked a lot of great questions. It’s clear that even if TBone isn’t something that everyone is going to dig into right away, that the problems we built TBone to help us solve at AppNeta are problems that are shared widely throughout the web development community and for which others are also looking for more elegant solutions.
Slides from the presentation are online at http://tbonejs.org/preso, and you can check out documentation and source code for TBone at https://github.com/appneta/tbone. TBone was written at AppNeta and is freely available for anyone to use under the open source MIT License.
Thanks to Tim Branyen and Bocoup for organizing and hosting the Meetup!
