AppNeta wins 2021 CUSTOMER Product of the Year Award

It’s official: AppNeta is among the elite winners of the 23rd Annual CUSTOMER Product of the Year Awards from TMC, one of the leading publishers and online communities covering enterprise technology.

The CUSTOMER Product of the Year Award recognized 29 vendors for 2021 that have helped advance the call center, CRM, and teleservices industries over the past year, as global remote work orders put customer outreach channels to the test. The award highlights products that enable their clients to meet and exceed customer expectations, even as a global pandemic changed those expectations from the top-down.
