All plans are based on an annual subscription, payable either monthly or annually. If you require a different subscription term contact us.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. We do not collect credit card information when you sign up. Enter it when you're ready to upgrade your plan.
How do you define host?
A host is a copy of an OS, running on either real or virtualized hardware. We consider an EC2 instance a single host, for example, or a physical machine running Red Hat.
What is bursting?
In dynamically scaled environments, a strict per-host model may not make sense. If you change the number of hosts on a hourly or daily basis, the host count is based on the average number of hosts in use across the month. If your server count varies from month to month, get in touch with us, and we’ll work out something that makes sense.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Absolutely! If you've got more than 5 servers, drop us a line and we'll work with you.
Do I need to choose a plan now?
No. Sign up for free, and you'll automatically get a 14 day free trial of Enterprise.
When does my subscription begin?
Subscriptions begin as soon as you upgrade to a paid plan. If you upgrade on the 12th of a month, you will be billed each subsequent 12th and your account's monthly usage information will reset on the same day.
What happens if I change plans?
We'll change your subscription immediately. On upgrade, we'll charge you the prorated cost for the rest of the month, and on downgrade, we'll apply a credit to your next month of service.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Your account will automatically convert to Project. Upgrade at any time to get access to all the features of Startup or Enterprise!
